Based on EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) we inform you that we are processing your personal data in connection with your stay.
These are the details that you provide at the reception desk both for accommodation for guestbook entry and for bookings. These are registered in the hotel information system during your stay. They are also used to fulfill legal obligations to the Municipal Office, the Foreign Police and the Tax Office.
To facilitate accommodation (check-in), we keep it for your next visit.
Due to their legitimate interest, we also use them for sending e-mail offers in accordance with Act 480/2004. You can always refuse this subscription.
You have the right to extract, correct, delete, restrict processing, file an objection, withdraw your consent and file a complaint.

The Company (the "Administrator") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and other legislation.
The Administrator will process personal data manually and automatically directly through its authorized employees and through processors authorized by the Administrator based on contracts for the processing of personal data.
List of entities / categories of recipients to whom the personal data of the data subject may be disclosed: Alien Police, Municipal Office, Tax Office and our processors.
The Personal Data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of time according to legal requirements.
The data subject shall have the right of access to his personal data processed by the Administrator, their rectification or deletion, or the restriction of processing, as appropriate, and the right to object to the processing.
The data subject shall also have the right to obtain from the Controller personal data relating to the data subject and provided by the data subject to the Controller. The controller shall, at the request of the data subject, provide the data subject without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or at the request of the data subject, provide it to another clearly designated controller. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The controller has no intention to provide personal data to third countries.
3) Additional information
If the data subject believes that his / her personal data are being processed without authorization, he / she may file a complaint with the Administrator, if he / she fails to do so, to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
