Terms of accommodation and other services

1. Reservation of accommodation and other services is done by completing the reservation form on the Web site or through the hotel reception staff, and e-mail, telephone or in writing. Clients are advised to indicate in the reservation and a phone number where you can be with the client in case we need to contact.
2. Reservations accepted and confirmed by the hotel is for both parties binding.
3. Acceptance of the reservation is entitled to require the Client as a guarantee of payment of an advance invoice in the amount of 30-50% (individual guests, according to date) and 50% (group reservation) agreed volume of services or guarantee by credit card.
4. The Client is obliged to pay a deposit in that maturity and on demand sent Hotel proof of payment or upon request, provide details about your credit card. If the client refuses, Hotel reservations made bound and guarantee Client services ordered.
5. The price of accommodation is payable in cash at the reception, bank transfer to an account (based on issue your proforma invoice, payment must be sufficiently identified variable symbol of payment, address or full name and surname) or blocking the amount on your account before authorizing payment cards ( your card will not be charged any amount, the card used to guarantee your reservation mandatory and is used only in the case where the situation when the hotel is entitled to charge a cancellation fee). The client is obliged to submit true and valid information about your credit card. In the event that a bank authorization will be refused without giving reasons or due to insufficient account reservation is invalid. About this informs the client within 24 hours via email.
The client is obliged to pay for accommodation or a supplement at the latest at check-out, possibly due date billing invoice.

Hotel accommodation:

1. The client stays in the day of his arrival from 15.00 to 20.00 hours. Later or earlier arrival is only possible upon prior arrangement with the reception staff, at an extra cost. In the event that the Client without prior appointment or an excuse fails to arrive to 20.00 pm, is entitled to occupy his hotel room by another person or require the Client to pay full price for accommodation.
2. The client is obliged to leave the room the day of departure until 10.00 pm.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation conditions apply to cancellations by the Client.

a. Individual guests
The hotel will not charge cancellation fees if canceled within 30 days before arrival.
The hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders under the following conditions:
e-mail or in writing confirmed reservation can be canceled without cancellation fee no later than 30 days before arrival only by e-mail or in writing
Reservations canceled less than 30 days and more than 14 days before arrival will be charged 15% of the price
Reservations canceled less than 15 days and more than 6 days before arrival will be charged 30-50% of the price, according to date
Reservations canceled less than 7 days, including the day of arrival and no-show will be charged for stays of 3 days or less 100% of the price, for longer then 30-50%, according to date
The hotel will not charge any cancellation fees when canceling the order of stay or residence 'no only in case of serious illness (hospitalizations) or death Tenant (to be documented)
Landlord will not charge any cancellation fees when canceling an order staying more than 5 days before arrival if the reservation move to another term, by the end of the calendar year and not more than two may be shifting
b. Group reservations (group bookings is called reservation services for more than 10 people, and reservations at the conference)
The conditions for group bookings are negotiated individually. If that was not done, apply below.

In case of cancellation of the event is:
e-mail or in writing confirmed reservation can be canceled without cancellation fee no later than 45 days before arrival only by e-mail or in writing
Reservations canceled less than 45 days and more than 15 days before arrival will be charged 25% of the calculated amount
Reservations canceled less than 15 days (inclusive) before arrival will be charged 50% of the calculated amount
Reservations canceled less than 7 days, including a no-show, will be charged for stays of 3 days or less 100% of the price, for longer then 70%
In case of cancellation only part (20%) of the calculated number of people is:

e-mail or in writing confirmed reservation can be canceled without cancellation fee no later than 45 days before arrival only by e-mail or in writing
Reservations canceled less than 45 days and more than 15 days before arrival will be charged 10% of the volume of the canceled services
Reservations canceled less than 15 days (inclusive) and more than 3 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the volume of the canceled services

Reservations canceled less than 3 days (inclusive), including a no-show, will be charged for stays of 3 days or less 100% of the price, for longer then 70%

3. In case of cancellation of the reasons listed unavoidable events (death in family, hospitalization or a family member, natural disaster), the cancellation fee is charged. Above, the client has to provide proof within 3 days of the event. In case of cancellations for other serious reasons, the agreement may change the date, but no more than twice
4. On payment of a cancellation fee Hotel is entitled to offset the client has already paid an advance invoice or payment card details used to pay for the Client a cancellation fee.
5. The above conditions apply, unless agreed by reserving individual conditions.

For Partners (partner company) with only ordering via the web interface are the terms and conditions in the following different points:
1. Reservation of accommodation and other services is done by completing the reservation form on the Web site hotel. Clients are advised to indicate in the reservation and a phone number where you can be with the client in case we need to contact.
3. Acceptance of the reservation is entitled to require the Client as a guarantee of payment of an advance invoice in the amount of 100%.
The hotel is entitled to charge cancellation fees for individual orders under the following conditions:

booking through the Web interface can be canceled without cancellation fee no later than 30 days before arrival only by e-mail or in writing




Consumer protection:

We give you this before the contract of accommodation with all the information under § 1811 and § 1820 of the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (the "Civil Code").

HOTELY SRNÍ, a.s., as the landlord gives guests the following information:

a) the identity and contact details of the accommodation: HOTELY SRNÍ, as, ID Number: 28666712, registered office: Celetná 590 Praha, VAT CZ28666712, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, vložka16422, shipping addresses, e-mail rezervace@ hotely-srni.cz phone number for business - hotels and restaurants: +420 376 599 212;

b) the core business of accommodation: provision of accommodation services;

c) identification services: landlord caters for guests accommodation and other services related to accommodation under the conditions specified in the order confirmation / reservation confirmed;

d) the price of the service provided: total price for the services is specified in the order confirmation / reservation confirmed within the designated price includes all taxes and fees; unless otherwise stated

e) the method of payment and the method of performance: accommodated guest will provide full payment of the agreed accommodation in cash or by transfer to a bank account, accommodation, whose number and variable symbol landlord guests staying communicated in writing;

f) cost of the means of distance communication: the cost of remote communication means determined by those providing services remote communication devices, and these costs do not differ from the standard rate;

g) an indication of the existence, nature and conditions of extra-judicial handling of consumer complaints data, including whether they can turn to the supervisory authority:
